Late Arrivals

A patient who arrives more than 10 minutes after his/her appointment is considered a late arrival. A late arrival may be registered and worked into the schedule, if possible. However, arriving 10 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time may result in the practice having to reschedule the appointment for another day and a no show fee may be assigned to the patient account. Patients are always asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early for each appointment in the event that any paperwork may need to be completed.
