Monday through Friday our phones roll over to our answering service at 5PM but Monday through Thursday we may still be in the office after 5PM. If you have a scheduled appointment after 5PM, we are in the office and aware of your appointment even if the message says that our office is closed.

Sara B. Lemley, CRNP
Sara Lemley, CRNP grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She attended West Chester University
where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She worked as a registered nurse at CHOP in hematology and general pediatrics. She has also worked in the operating room at Nemours Children's Hospital.
She attended graduate school at Wilmington University where she earned her MSN as a family nurse practitioner in 2010.
As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in various settings including family practice for over 6 yrs. After a brief detour to adult medicine, she is excited to be back to her roots in pediatrics.
Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attempting to golf, and reading. She has participated in several medical missions and hopes to continue to do so. She lives in Parkesburg, PA with her husband Dave and bulldog, Bluto.
